I have been serving the Metro Atlanta area and surrounding counties as a licensed realtor since 2005. What sets me apart from many realtors is that I have a unique insight into the real estate business. My husband has been in the construction business for over 35 years and for over 20 of those years he has been the sole proprietor of his own plumbing corporation. I have assisted my husband in his daily operations since the inception of our company and because of this I have intimate knowledge of building homes and developing properties. In 1979, we built our first home together and since that time we have built and sold numerous properties, some that we have lived in and some purely designated for sale. In the early 1990s my husband was involved in a development that produced many affordable homes for individuals in the Henry county area. Because our lives have been centered around the home building and buying experience for quite some time I am very much at home in the real estate business. When it comes to the clients needs I am exceedingly attentive, making sure that I deliver to them a level of service second to none. As a realtor I am dedicated to my performance, and about all else integrity. For many individuals buying a home can be a stressful, time consuming experience, but because I sincerely enjoy working with the buyer, and their seller, my upbeat attitude and dedication to my client's needs enables me to facilitate a satisfying real estate experience, whether it is from the purchaser's or seller's point of view. As a licensed realtor I have sold over 1 million dollars in home and properties in 2006, and in January of 2006 I was honored with the Realtor of the Month award. I find a great deal of satisfaction in working as a realtor because I am able to help make peoples' dreams come true when they find the home that they have always wanted.
